There isn't a power on/power off switch which makes operation very confusion. Other wise, works great!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review and feedback Mitch! To power on, simply lift the handle or press any button to power the coffee maker on. To power off, press and hold the BREW button for 3 seconds. We hope this helps!
I bought this all in one after my single service Keurig stopped working. We had just a cheap coffee pot that was years old (though it still worked great) and I decided to replace it too. Things I love: 1. The large water capacity. I can make a pot of coffee and there’s still water left for some single serves. 2. The look. Having them both together makes my coffee station look so clean.
Things I feel could use a “tweak”: 1. When you open the top to add your coffee filter, if you’re not slow, will leak condensation on the top of the machine. It’s an easy wipe off woth a paper towel, but a bit of a pain. 2. My biggest issue….so far with both Keurigs I’ve owned is the splashing mass from the single serve. This one does have a bottom piece that can be removed so you can put a taller mug under the single serve. Unfortunately, it still does not accommodate our many tumblers that we have. When we try to use just a regular sized coffee mug it’s so low that it splashes everywhereand I have to clean up the mess after every cup made.
Keurig sure has come a long way! Love this coffee maker! Close the lid push the button and you’ve got instant brew. No more waiting for it to warm up.What a way to start the day!
I love this !!!I had my last Kuerig for 18+ years and was going to order the same one but saw the K duo and couldn’t resist the price. It is amazing I love it! My husband is thrilled with the ice coffee
Still early but working good so far. Replaced older version of Kerig duo that was leaking when carafe brewed (and never was to happy with it). Took a bit of a risk but this one seems to be designed better.
Makes great coffee in carafe or cup. Unfortunately, using the cup button to turn off the carafe warming plate before the 2-hour warm time has expired doesn’t work. I have to unplug the unit to shut off early and then reset the clock, etc. - Somewhat inconvenient.
