This duo is perfect! I love the ice coffee I can make one day then next day switch it up. Or I start my days with hot and end with cold. It’s really a nice edition to my kitchen.

We bought this Duo to replace a Duo we bought in 2018. The new version warms and brews much faster than the one we had before and it has the iced coffee setting. Love this new Duo!

I'm so happy with the new K-duo. It's having the best of both worlds. I’ve been using K cups for several years, but now I want to be able to have both options. This is a solid machine to make coffee anytime. I also got the gold mesh filter, which eliminates having to use paper filters. This is probably my 4th or 5th Keurig coffee maker over the years. Happy brewing.

This coffee maker made the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. Tasted like plastic. After spending to much time on the phone with support and running vinegar water through it as instructed the coffee still tasted awful and like plastic. Returned for a refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the machine. I normally make a half pot each day and rarely use the K-cup side. I find the water reservoir is easy to fill and the compact size of the machine beats others. I've only had it for a month but no complaints so far.
