Its a bit complex to work around. EX: if you want to brew over "ICE" the machine wont allow you to choose "strong" and the OZ needed It only does 6oz at a time per k-cup and its normal temp.
Another thing is the temperature, I wish that it could be manageable to be hotter for hot coffee, i feel I need to put my coffee into the microwave for a better temp,

The coffee on the drip side is not as hot as it should be and the least amount of cups you can make is 6. Many times I only use 4 cups so this is a waste of money. When attempting to return the maker I found I must pay for shipping so I am sorry I made this purchase that now I’m stuck with.
