This K-Duo does everything we had hoped it said it would. My husband loves that he can select the strength of the coffee by oz and cup. I love that I can use one machine to make all of our favorite beverages.

1 side quit working after 3 weeks

I received this item little bit before christmas and the one side already quit working. Called for a replacement and they said they r out of them and would send when they had them. Which makes it worse on us. We now have pretty much a coffee maker that doesn't work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
