Overall, we are happy. The carafe is a different shape than the previous model. We wish they included some paper filters or a reusable/washable filter. The same can be said for the water reserve....they don't give you the filter that is needed or the charcoal pod(s). Coffee brews faster and is hotter. Setup was fairly easy we shall see how things go.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I really like the ability to brew single serve and a carafe for myself and others. It is a great feature to have the heated plate for the carafe stay warm for up to two hours on its own. It would be nice to have an option to turn on the heated plate again. Looking forward to using the iced coffee option. I do recommend ordering a reusable filter for the coffee grounds, but for the cost, it would be great if it came with one.

Thank you for your review. We're glad to hear that you're enjoying the K-Duo coffee maker. If you would like to turn the warming plate back on, simply press and hold the CUPS button for 3 seconds. This will turn the heating plate off and on. We hope this helps!
Nice coffee pot. Easy setup and easy to use. Brews coffee fast. I wish the markers in the water tank were marked better so it is easier to read and I wish the Xtra hot and strong buttons work for the carafe too

Wording of instructions confusing with buttons on machine. Use of setting program timer is also confusing to set. I bought this duo for the ability to time set coffee, but nit pleased in the way if functions
