Love the ability to brew a pot or a quick cup.Coffee is hot and quality of machine seems similar to prior keurig owned . I've only owned it for a week so time will tell durability

Great k cup terrible and I mean Terrible carafe

The carafe side i should known a company makes it profit from k cups would not make it the carafe side user friendly. Warming plate only stays on for 2hr hr you have to reset auto brew every night the carafe can not go into the dishwasher no bold settings on the crafafe side the lip on the warming plate keep the pot from sitting flat sometimes
Absolute junk. Used maybe 10 times and it stops in the middle of a cup and now won't turn on. This is the second one that's done it. You product is garbage
The Keurig Coffee Maker is works as expected. No complaints with the unit however the post purchase support was disappointing, a tad snarky and unnecessary. I did not appreciate it.

It makes the coffee light and watery and the water filter is not included. But I like that I can make a carafe

Upgraded to the new Duo. We've been a keurig family for many years. Love the "hot" and iced buttons. It's faster than our old coffee maker and we like the glass carafe and warmer plate too.
