Love that this will brew either a pot or a cup! Husband loves really hot coffee so we tried out the x hot feature. It brews about 20 degrees hotter…. So that’s a win!
The basket for the coffee pot is convenient to fill and to empty.
We removed the base at the bottom of the cup holder since we always brew in a 20 oz Artic cup. Haven’t notice it splatters so far!!

We have had many Keurigs, but this one is the best! We had the older model of single and pot coffees and had it for many years and loved it, but this one is so much better!!! Way the Keurig!!!

Bulky, not as sleek or refined on the counter as the limited edition I previously owned. The tank, the carafe, even the drip stop plate are all different than the limited edition. It was sleek looking and excellent. This has the buttons and clock on the front where the other had it on top giving a much more aesthetic visual.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
