I have tried other brands and have had no luck with their brewing systems. I have owned this product for two weeks and it has not missed a beat. Fully satisfied.

It does everything! It makes a full pot of coffee for my husband and a cup of hot water for my tea. Perfect!

So far we love this coffee maker. We almost passed it up because our first generation duo only lasted a little less than 3 years and that was a free replacement. Our very first one lasted just a few months. But we like the Keurig brand and the duo has a smaller footprint. Plus it sits on the sliding pod tray under our cabinets. This new 2nd generation makes hotter coffee and it stays hot. Another improvement is the carafe. It does not leak/drip like the previous style. Great improvement all around!

I love my gen 2 Duo. Having the option to go single serve or brew a whole pot is excellent. Also having the ability to brew over ice makes this machine the best one for me. All that's needed to complete this ensemble is frother. Don't forget to grab your re-usable filters for the pot and k-cup (if you desire).

Seems to be a good purchase. Directions are not very clear, but in general easy to use.
