So far I'm a little disappointed. The coffee is not as hot as i think it should be even with the extra hot button. I do like the auto brew, however the stay hot for the carafe does not stay on very long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our representatives are available seven days a week from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, EST. The heating plate will automatically turn on after a carafe brew and stay on for 2 hours. Press and hold the CUPS button for 3 seconds to turn the heating plate off and on.

Purchased to replace my Cruisnart dual coffee maker. This dual coffee maker has been a successful purchase. The Keurig does not spit coffee over my counter like my old coffee dual machine. Also love the one water reservoir on the Keurig.

Almost perfect

I bought this coffee maker a few months ago, and it performs very well. Wether single serve or carafe, the coffee brews quickly and has that full coffee flavor. My only criticism is I can't make less than 6 cups of coffee on the carafe side...a major disapointment. I'm the only one in my family who brews by the carafe, everyone else brews a single cup. I'd prefer to brew only 4 cups in the morning. Needless to say, I discard leftover coffee every morning.
