Gen 2 is SO much better than Gen 1! We had issues with the coffee pot leaking all over everything when pouring a cup, but Gen 2 works great! Buttons are easy to read and understand. Love the K-cup feature! Recommended!

I love the large water reservoir. It brews quickly & quietly and always has hot water ready to go. I run a cleaning cycle between K-cups and it produces a lot of loose grounds but I never find them in the bottom of a brewed cup or pot of coffee so I’m really happy with the machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The K-Duo is exactly what our family needed. It allows both single KCups and brewed pots in one. Previously we had two separate devices that took up too much space on the counter. Also, the interface to select the amount of water, and strength of the coffee is great. Being able to manage the amount of brewed coffee via the controls is a nice feature.
