I have only been using it several weeks.And so far I love had no issues. Make sure that you read how to use it.And when she start using it it's very easy to follow and do good luck

I had my last Keurig for 12 years and it was working fine until my husband dropped the reservoir. Just the excuse I needed to upgrade. So far I love the additional features which allow us to make our cold beverages as well.

I have been a Keurig customer for more than 15 years. I hated how my iced coffees would water down using my old Keurig. No problem now with this machine. I have also started drinking more ice teas using this machine.

Purchased 2 and both leak after rinse cycle. Terrible don’t buy
