I like this machine but have a couple of caveats. The first is the fan on it is always running. It says 6 hours to get drinks ready for cold brew. I personally would just rather throw ice in it. It's not too noisy but a bit annoying. Secondly, I'm not a fan of the options for the cold brew from Keurig's website. The Strawberry Acai tastes like medicine. Seriously. The Swiss Miss chocolate is so watery by the time you're done it's not good. The Lipton iced teas are good but I'm looking elsewhere to purchase drinks. In hindsight I would have gone with a smaller coffee maker and skipped the cold brew.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been a Keurig customer for more than 15 years. I hated how my iced coffees would water down using my old Keurig. No problem now with this machine. I have also started drinking more ice teas using this machine.

I would not call the coffee dispensed out of the machine cold. It's almost cold, but not quite. It dispenses maybe an ounce of water into the cup before it starts actually to dispense coffee. I was surprised that it takes so long to get ready to make "iced" coffee; 6 or 7 hours, and it seems to use a lot of power to do so. So, all in all, it's an okay machine, but not great.
I would recommend this to a friend!
