It runs constantly. Doesnt make cold water like it says. Over priced. It does a clean out after each cup and the drip tray for that is shallow so basically have to empty and clean. After every cup

Excellent! I don't drink iced coffee, but I do drink iced tea. Perfect coffee maker for me. Coffee in the morning, and iced tea the rest of the day. All while saving space not having 2 machines.

I had my last Keurig for 12 years and it was working fine until my husband dropped the reservoir. Just the excuse I needed to upgrade. So far I love the additional features which allow us to make our cold beverages as well.

Makes good iced drinks, but I’m not sure it’s worth it. I didn’t realize the cooling fan on the system runs 24/7. I had a regular machine that made over ice brew, and while that would water the drinks down, it wasn’t always running. Seems like there must be a better way. I wouldn’t buy again.

Let me start by saying we have only been using this K-Brew & Chill for about 2 weeks. We replaced our K-Supreme plus, which we had problems with from day one & made horrible coffee. Compared to that machine, the brew & chill is awesome! The coffee, hot or cold, tastes so much better. We didn’t realize how bad the coffee tasted with the old machine until now. The coffee does not splatter all over the counter. The cold coffee comes out cold enough to drink without adding ice. Prior to purchasing this maker I did have a few concerns, one: the maker running like a refrigerator to keep the cold component cold & two: the amount of liquid in the drip tray from the rinse cycle. What we have learned is that the fan that runs to keep the component cold is not hardly noticeable, so the noise is not a problem. Whether it will make a difference to our electric bill is yet to be seen. The drip tray will hold enough liquid for about 2 rinse cycles. It seems to only automatically run a rinse cycle after a cold brew is completed. You also need to wait to remove the used k cup until after the rinse cycle has completed. So I just have gotten into the habit of emptying & rinsing the tray after every cold brew. Not a big deal. We love this machine so far but only gave it 4 stars due to only having it for 2 weeks & not knowing if our electric bill will go up.

Very interesting technology combining both hot and cold. Congratulations to Keurig for cracking the Cold Coffee nut, need to a place to start and build upon, that’s what great companies do. Some notes from the initial experience.
Hot coffee seemed watered down, not as hot as other Keurig Brewers and volume was less than standard 8 oz (all drinks selected at 8 oz.)
For the Cold beverage, surprised that the system required 6 hours to create the chill bank for cooling the coffee, that’s a long time to wait. The first beverage was nice and cold however each subsequent beverage was warmer. The user is only able to brew 4 beverages, the system goes into the chilling mode and takes 6 hours to completely recharge the chill bank. Keurig added a nice rinse feature to minimize cross contamination from one coffee flavor to another. Not sure how well it handles all of Keurig’s flavor.
All in all a fine machine with technologies to be improved upon. Caution not to lose site of what made Keurig a strong brand and company, it’s a Good Cup of Coffee every time.
