Total Waste of Money and Cabinet Space

Very Disappointed with the coffee maker in making cool coffee! Almost no coffee flavor, more like cool, (Not Cold) water.
Needed to brew first with the hot coffee function first, let it cool, then add to ice.
Total waste of money for the cooling function that didn't work!
Second problem, is the auto cleaning which dumps junk into the base, which needs to be cleaned afterwards. Really poor design!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Guys we love this coffee maker. Bigger reservoir, makes cold brew and hot coffee, and is esthetically pleasing in our kitchen. I’ve been a long time keurig user and this one does not disappoint!

Does a good job. But, needs better directions! Is there a way to clean the bottom nozzles/pins by removing them? Our old one needed tea leaves cleaned out weekly. Is there a way to drain the chiller tank? Is there a way to drain the machine? How much water is retained inside the machine? There’s a lot left unsaid. But it brews good coffee and tea and other stuff. Need better videos. Need better training for your help line people. They seem to be reading from the same instruction booklet I have.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hot Coffee is Perfect, cold brew fan runs too much

The hot coffee side is perfect, the cold brew fan having to run all the time not so great. I"m concerned the motor will wear out and I'll need to replace the coffee brewer sooner than I'd like. My last Keurig still works except for the 12 oz button. I have a back up but did not expect to need one.
