Haven't had it long but very good product so far. Was very happy they came out with a reusable pod that works with this machine so I can use it for cold coffee.

I love my coffeemaker. I have enjoyed it so much making different stuff with it. I like the rinse feature that it has I just wish that it made a beverage more then 12 oz.

Not a coffee drinker until I had an iced coffee. This iced coffee maker is perfect for making my iced coffee.

I wouldn't buy it again. Cold brew does not work. I've tried a dozen different trouble shooting and it still don't work!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my fourth Keurig and I am very disappointed. I don't find this to be any different then just using my other Keurig for the cold drinks. Also I have had several times now where the kcup would have the tea leaves all inside the machine when doing cold brew.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I thought I would need ice but it comes out the perfect cold for me. No Teddy Bear ice coolers needed for me.
