I’ve had mixed feelings about the Keurig Brew and Chill machine. On the hot side, it’s absolutely amazing—brews are quick, consistent, and delicious. That’s the main reason I’ve decided to keep it. However, the “Chill” mode has been a bit of a letdown.
It took 13 hours from plugging in to hitting max chill with two blue lines, even though the unit was in an open space, not touching any walls. After using the Chill mode once, it takes about 3 hours to fully recharge before I can use it again. Without the full recharge, any subsequent drinks are just room temp, which defeats the purpose of a cold drink.
While the hot side earns a 5/5, the Chill mode needs significant improvement in both initial setup and recharging efficiency. Until it’s fixed, the Chill feature feels like more of a novelty than a reliable option.

This promo came at a perfect time as my other, smaller K-cup was on its last leg. I do more chilled drinks than hot, often, so LOVED the idea of this chill feature. Having got it and now used it quite often, I am SOLD! Absolutely fantastic appliance! It chills just as it says which is a major benefit over other models for those of us who like it hot -- AND cold. I highly recommend this to others with similar tastes and interest. It also does well with cups more often associated with hot drinks, but now chilled.

I bought this Keurig about 3 weeks ago and I love it!! The iced coffee comes out chilled and tastes great!! The hot coffee tastes so good too!!!

Cold brew coffee maker

This is my third keurig and it is awful. I wondering if there was a recall or something. The holes for coffee pod to strain through are always clogged then the top does not shut all the way and it will not brew coffee. DO NOT BUY THIS ONE!

My husband and I are avid coffee drinkers and we've been pleasantly surprised with the quality of this unit. We haven't experienced any weird tastes with the Cold setting and have used it every single day since we got it. We love it!

Not cold water but rather room temp water. The blue lights keep on flashing for a whole week. No cold water whatsoever. Waste of money. I do not recommend.
