[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried the K-Brew + Chill Coffee Maker by Keurig. Once I understood the process of filling both water carafes, the process was simple enough! I love that you still have the option to make a hot cup of coffee as well! The box it came in also included a box of Starbucks iced coffee vanilla blend K-cups as well a box of the Donut Shop Strawberry Açaí iced refresher K-cups. I was impressed that the ice didn’t melt when I brewed the K-Cup. Overall, easy machine to use and clean!

When you like it hot and cold!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great option if you like iced coffees/teas but still like the convenience of a hot option too! Love the sleek design but it does take up to 6 hours to get the “coldest” level. Definitely an good option though and super easy to use, set up and clean.

I would not call the coffee dispensed out of the machine cold. It's almost cold, but not quite. It dispenses maybe an ounce of water into the cup before it starts actually to dispense coffee. I was surprised that it takes so long to get ready to make "iced" coffee; 6 or 7 hours, and it seems to use a lot of power to do so. So, all in all, it's an okay machine, but not great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very interesting technology combining both hot and cold. Congratulations to Keurig for cracking the Cold Coffee nut, need to a place to start and build upon, that’s what great companies do.

Hot coffee seemed watered down, not as hot as other Keurig Brewers and volume was less than standard 8 oz (all drinks selected at 8 oz.)
For the Cold beverage, surprised that the system required 6 hours to create the chill bank for cooling the coffee, that’s a long time to wait. The first beverage was nice and cold however each subsequent beverage was warmer. The user is only able to brew 4 beverages, the system goes into the chilling mode and takes 6 hours to completely recharge the chill bank. Keurig added a nice rinse feature to minimize cross contamination from one coffee flavor to another. Not sure how well it handles all of Keurig’s flavor.
All in all a fine machine with technologies to be improved upon. Caution not to lose site of what made Keurig a strong brand and company, it’s a Good Cup of Coffee every time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our older basic Keurig with the K-Brew & Chill and we are loving it. It has a larger water capacity and can make an array of different sized drinks. The iced coffee feature is cool. It takes about 3 minutes to make an iced coffee. The machine brews your coffee hot then magically chills it. You can also make refreshing drinks like strawberry acai and pineapple passion fruit. 10/10 recommend!
