This coffee maker only uses pods. You cannot use your own ground coffee. We like to use both so this is a disappointment for us. The last Keurig allowed us to interchange the filter and use either one.

Unfortunately, the current My K-Cup® Universal Reusable Coffee Filter is not compatible, as the brewing technology is different. An updated My K-Cup® Reusable Coffee Filter can be purchased from Keurig®.com in early 2025.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always loved the smell of coffee but no matter the weather I prefer a cold drink. I've used different types of Keurig, whether it was at work or business establishments but I've never seen a cold brewing one. I love that this model has the option to do both. I will stay if you want the cold setting you have to make sure it stays on cold after you choose how many ounces and stuff (I learned the hard way lol). Over all I really enjoyed testing this product before its release date!

I love that there are even non-coffee options to choose from also, like refreshers. It's easy to use, and you can even get reusable pods to fill with whatever coffee you want!
