My husband likes hot coffee and I like iced! This is the perfect compromise! The coffee is more flavorful because of the extra holes. The hot is great as always. But the cold/iced option is TRULY cold! No more watered down ice coffee.

Great coffee maker. When standing within 2 feet of it, the sound of the fan is audible, even in quiet mode, but it’s not a nuisance. That’s about the only issue I’ve noticed. The water tank is easy to fill and it’s nice to have cold coffee so easily.

The coffee tastes a lot better with this brewer than our previous Keurig Platinum that we had for roughly 10 years. The ice coffee turns out very high quality as long as you don't brew over ice, which regardless of what they say, it does water it down a little bit. BUT since it brews and chills the coffee, you don't need ice and it tastes great! Only complaint is the cooling function is supposed to turn off and on as necessary to keep the chill-water cold, but it stays on constantly. I know I could turn it off, but don't want to since it would not be ready at a moment's notice for ice coffee.
