The cooling feature is quite useful especially in these warm months and once primed, works very well. Its quiet and appealing in terms of aesthetics - so far was a crowd pleaser at my recent brunch party. Love that it can do both hot/cold. Its replacing my Starbucks addiction. Not full stars bc of size, its just a bit big

Noise level is minimal has a button where you can quote the system which is pretty convenient! Highly recommended for any coffee lovers
