The hot coffee brews as well as any other Keurig and I’m satisfied with that feature. But the cold coffee function is disappointing. Coffee tastes bitter and is no where near as good as true “cold brew.” Wish I would’ve just gotten the standard Keurig and saved on the counter space.

It's quite a bit bigger than my old Keurig, so had to do a little rearranging. Did not expect the fan to run nearly continuously, and throws off a little heat. Love that it makes great cold brew!
