Works well, but the fan runs all the time (even when not brewing). If that could be reduced or eliminated that would make this a 5 star product. Other than that, this is pretty awesome.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review and feedback with us. To turn off the fan of the K-Brew + Chill coffee maker, simply press the Quiet button twice. This will turn off the QuickChill Technology completely, stopping the fan and the cooling capabilities of the brewer. Alternatively, you can pause the QuickChill Technology for 6 hours, by pressing and holding the Quiet button for 3 seconds. We hope this helps!

I have been enjoying the new Keurig cold brew. However, there is one aspect that I find somewhat disappointing. The only drawback I have encountered is the lack of a digital display to assist in remembering the settings. To change the carbon filter, also to set the machine to high altitude that was available in previous versions, so far I like the way the machine operates, especially for cold brew, quite tasty, i would recommend the machine

I’ve had mixed feelings about the Keurig Brew and Chill machine. On the hot side, it’s absolutely amazing—brews are quick, consistent, and delicious. That’s the main reason I’ve decided to keep it. However, the “Chill” mode has been a bit of a letdown.
It took 13 hours from plugging in to hitting max chill with two blue lines, even though the unit was in an open space, not touching any walls. After using the Chill mode once, it takes about 3 hours to fully recharge before I can use it again. Without the full recharge, any subsequent drinks are just room temp, which defeats the purpose of a cold drink.
While the hot side earns a 5/5, the Chill mode needs significant improvement in both initial setup and recharging efficiency. Until it’s fixed, the Chill feature feels like more of a novelty than a reliable option.
