Best coffee maker on the market. Super easy set up with clear instructions. Can make hot OR cold coffee. Never any grounds in the coffee. The hot coffee is HOT and the cold coffee is COLD. You don't even need to put ice in the cold coffee it comes out so cold. This is perfect for those who like both types of coffee, or like our household, I only like COLD and my husband only likes HOT, so it's one machine that offers BOTH! Coffee is perfect every brew. There is a "STRONG" option, for which the coffee is pressed and made stronger, and it's awesome. The buttons at the top are clear and easy to understand. The top coffee pod holder opens and closes easily. Highly recommend!!

Honestly it brews cold DELICIOUS coffee…. If you want like 2 a day MAX. And a giant mess! It splashes EVERYWHERE while brewing.

Love my new Keurig brew and chill coffee maker. I updated from the original coffee maker and I’m glad I did. No more warming up, it’s ready immediately and makes a great cup of coffee. I tried the cold brew feature and I’ve been extremely satisfied with the results.
Not sure what the issue is, but at even 1/3 the price, I’m not happy. I figured out I couldn’t use the cold without a K cup installed, while I was testing. But this machine hasn’t done the same thing right twice in a row. I keep getting a shot when I use any of the oz choices. Even though a shot isn’t an option. Then, it’ll give the correct cup once. This is our 4th Keurig, each time getting an upgrade before the old one breaks. First one I’m SO not impressed with. I have contacted Keurig to ask for assistance, but I haven’t heard back. Maybe it’s the holidays and I’ll hear from someone soon. Maybe not.

I’m obsessed with bold coffee. Bought this coffee maker because of its iced coffee feature. The coffee comes out cold so it doesn’t get diluted by ice melting. It’s lovely. It also makes great hot coffee too. Did they make this with me in mind? 😜
