Cheap components- Very Disappointed

My sister gave this to me for a Christmas present and it broke before I had a chance to use it! Cheap components. Should not have broken!

I bought this a month ago just to freshen up some of my insulated cups which were looking very plain & old. I love that it's slim, has a handle, the pretty pink color and it kept my ice from melting quickly. love it. (first time buyer, too!)

My new favorite water bottle. The insulation really keeps it cool as advertised. I tested it by leaving it in the car while shopping for a couple hours. In southern California in the 90's. Returned to find the outside of the bottle very warm and the water still cold. Would definitely recommend.
