Like the mug, great color, good design for drink but I dropped it once and the plastic ring broke. Initially I didn't think this was a big deal but the ring is connected to the hinge for the cap and now the cap mechanism is barely functional. Really liked the product but I feel this is a very poor choice of design

Broken ring on lid

I love these bottles so much that I bought 4 of them and recommended them to a coworker. Now the ring on the lid is broken leaving the bottle useless. Debating if I buy a replacement or just go back to my sport bottles.

I love these water bottles. Keeps my ice for my 12 hour shifts. Keeps the ice inside the bottle. I especially like the one handed flip top. I also love that there is not a straw!

Great bottle, wish the tops were better

I have 4. Different sizes and different colors. Do NOT purchase for your child. It stays cool/hot all day but like other reviewers have mentioned, the tops are easily broken. I've never had issues, but I'm not rough with them. My daughter, on the other hand, has broken 3/4 tops. The replacements aren't cheap.

I bought two traveler mugs a few weeks ago and I’m very pleased that I did! They have the same awesome insulation properties of my Other Takeya bottles, but a very convenient push button flip lid. They fit perfectly in the cup holder and absolutely never leak! I put hot tea in one yesterday morning, left the mug all day and came home last evening to my tea at the perfect temperature- very warm, but not burning my tongue. I put ice water in the other and still have ice in it today. I use them while I’m driving and can see just fine while I’m sipping and driving. These mugs are perfect!

Hot? Not so hot!

I received the 17 oz coffee traveler bottle as a gift. I had been wanting one for a while and couldn't wait to use it. I like my coffee hot and was excited to hear that this bottle would keep the coffee hot for up to 12 hours! I pre-heated the bottle the first time with hot tap water but the coffee only stayed hot for little over an hour. The second time, I pre-heated the bottle with boiling water, but the coffee had cooled down by 2 hours.
I asked for a replacement to see if mine was a fluke, but the replacement had the same results. As much as I like the design of the bottle, I am disappointed that it does not maintain heat as advertised.
