Not a good product. The cap breaks super easy

Bought two of the same bottle and the cap clip just breaks. Horrible product. Claim warranty and been unresponsive.

I love, love, love this bottle! However, latch on the top breaks way to easily. I received my first one as a gift. The latch on the top broke right away. Wasn't dropped, or knocked over. They did replace it with the option of a black or white top, not blush to match the bottle. I bought another one because I liked it so much. The latch on the top on this one has broken too, for no seemingly good reason, though not as quickly as the first. Looking at other revews, this seems to be a common issue. On a good note though, my ring on the top of both bottles is intact! Lol.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought two traveler mugs a few weeks ago and I’m very pleased that I did! They have the same awesome insulation properties of my Other Takeya bottles, but a very convenient push button flip lid. They fit perfectly in the cup holder and absolutely never leak! I put hot tea in one yesterday morning, left the mug all day and came home last evening to my tea at the perfect temperature- very warm, but not burning my tongue. I put ice water in the other and still have ice in it today. I use them while I’m driving and can see just fine while I’m sipping and driving. These mugs are perfect!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hot? Not so hot!

I received the 17 oz coffee traveler bottle as a gift. I had been wanting one for a while and couldn't wait to use it. I like my coffee hot and was excited to hear that this bottle would keep the coffee hot for up to 12 hours! I pre-heated the bottle the first time with hot tap water but the coffee only stayed hot for little over an hour. The second time, I pre-heated the bottle with boiling water, but the coffee had cooled down by 2 hours.
I asked for a replacement to see if mine was a fluke, but the replacement had the same results. As much as I like the design of the bottle, I am disappointed that it does not maintain heat as advertised.

Yes yes yes yes yes. I love this beautiful bottle so much. I bought the 32oz bottle a while ago and then got the email that the traveler came out and I wanted a smaller one for tea so I got the mint colored one. They only had 4 colors at that point. Then I saw that they added more and I just got in my Ash Rose bottle and I WAS SO STOKED it is such a beautiful bottle. I love *almost* everything about it. *Almost.*
The reason I rated 5 stars was pretty much simply because I really think you need to make slide on bumpers for these. The bottom edges of my mint one is so beat up and I haven't had it long. I do carry it everywhere, but I'd like it to look nice for more than a few months. Also it makes funny "glugging" noises when I drink, and it's hard to keep the lid from getting in my face when I tip it over to drink.
Even with a few flaws, it's still my favorite water bottle I've had because it's so traveler friendly (hence the name I suppose?), fitting in most cup holders, keeping things hot (I saw some other reviews saying it didn't stay hot for 12 hours- it stays hot for several hours and then after that it is warm but I rarely get to the point of it being lukewarm. I'll frequently pour up my tea hot and not be able to even drink it for hours) and definitely keeps things cold. The shape is beautifully unique (I love having something that is different from what everyone else had but still looks trendy), the lock and works great, and the inconspicuous handle is sooo nifty. Will definitely be using this bottle for years to come and replacing it with the same thing as I need to!

This bottle is really nice my only reason I gave a 4 is because the lid on my last one cracked and broke and it could not be replaced. If the lid was made from a stronger material it may be more sturdy. I do like the overall style.

Kind of disappointed. I love the Takeya water bottles but the Traveler Mug doesn’t work quite as well as the others. Overall, I love the look of it and it hasn’t leaked one bit. But, it doesn’t keep hot liquids hot for long or cold liquids cold for long. I will continue to use it for its leak proof feature and if I’ll be drinking my liquids within an hour or two. Anything longer than that, I’ll be using my Takeya Water Bottle which works great. Also, I can’t get the smell of my tea out of my lid. The bottle itself doesn’t retain any smell but the smell from the lid is impossible to get rid of.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review. We do recommend to remove the silicon parts from the lid when washing and wash individually. You may soak the silicon parts in soapy water to remove any smell from the lid.
