Best mug for my tea

I bought this almost a year ago, absolutely love it in the New England winter months for my hot tea! Now with COVID we have to eat away from others and I often find myself in the car for lunch. I get thought my morning by looking forward to my hot cup of tea...and bigger than a cup! It's just my size. It is also easy to drink from, no silly straw to clean and easily fits into my bag as well as the cup holder. I love the ring, it makes it much easier to grab and go. I'm looking a purchasing another for my mom...just can't decide on the color! Already bought one for my aunt's birthday who is an on the go "Mimi". Would be perfect for a new mom who never gets a chance to sit and enjoy her hot cup of coffee or tea.

Not keeping ice water cold

I have 4 Takeya active bottles which have always worked well, keeping iced drinks icy even past 24 hrs in some cases. I was looking forward to receiving the fliplock. I am very disappointed by this one's performance - it does not keep my ice water icy beyond a few hours. My ice is melted by morning even when I fill the bottle with cold water and ice before bedtime (about 10 hrs). Am I doing something wrong here? I've never had this issue with my 4 other Takeya bottles.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bottle is fine but not what I expected. Animation made bottle appear to be same circumference as the smaller bottle...which is the only bottle that fits in my cup holder.

I treated myself to a new mug and i am so in love, the spout is my fave... I love it... great size. dont really use the handle but its not annoying and the locking feature is great for when in my backpack.

Love this mug, but realized I got the bigger size when I had wanted the smaller one. I guess I’m so used to ordering the water bottles that I must’ve hit the larger size out of habit! Regardless, this mug is awesome. The spout lid with the handle is THE BEST out of any other travel mugs out there, and just like the lid of the water bottles - it’s my favorite. The design is outstanding and can’t even compare to the rest. In a class all its own - Takeya rules.
