Just missing handle

I really like the traveler cup, my only issues are; it doesn't keep coffee as hot as my other Takeya & I thought it would have the loop handle. Mine came without, so it is harder to juggle only reason not 5 star.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've dropped it twice it can take a beating. I'm a bit clumsy at work and have dropped other travel mugs. They had really noticeable dents. This on the other hand barely has a dent. Even the outside coat held up well.
