[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, where do I begin? The LG Studio stainless steel slide in induction range has truly changed everything for me. I replaced a high-end gas stove with this unit and my maiden voyage taught me just how amazing induction cooking is – my pans heated immensely fast with uniform heat, and precise temperatures (there are four well placed induction heating elements of different powers and one radiant element). I would have been happy here, but there was so much more to experience. Induction is truly great, but baking is where this unit shines and will help me improve my cooking experience and output. I’ve learned that when you open the oven door to check on food around 30% of the heat can escape, causing cakes to fall and courting uneven finishes to your foods. The oven’s Instaview feature lets you check on your baking items without opening the door – simply knock twice and you’ll see what’s inside and knock again to deactivate (this was an immediate crowd pleaser). This is just the beginning! Apart from pan cooking, I generally air fry my cooked foods most of the time. The oven’s built-in air fry function produced better fries than my best air fry unit (and I have about a half dozen of them) – and with no preheat required and at huge 6.3 cubic feet finally I have all the air fry space I could imagine. I had some concerns if the air fry airflow would evenly reach the spacious interior but ultimately experienced zero issues at all. The same fan that creates the air fry functionality also creates air sous vide and (high/low) convection baking. There are a number of smart features that I haven’t gotten all the way through yet, but they are very interesting - the ThinQ mobile app allows you to monitor and adjust your bake settings and time, for example. Virtual assistants are supported too. After all these amazing features and experiences somehow the blue oven interior is my favorite thing of them all – it’s absolutely beautiful. I continue to be impressed with this range and I know you will be too – I cannot recommend it enough!!
Pros: Style/Design, Performance, Quality, easy to use
I would recommend this to a friend!

BURNT COOKIES and EVERYTHING else.

I gave this review 2 stars only because it's beautiful and well made BUT the most important part, cooking is a 1 star. Stove top is ok BUT the oven is impossible to bake in. It's a guessing game 100% of the time. If you set for the specific temp and time stated on package you will most likely start a fire or will most definitely have charred food. EVERYTHING we bake we have to turn temp down at least 20 degrees and STILL cut cooking time down as well. I am not sure if maybe there is a defect in our oven or what but I REALLY miss baking without playing a guessing game.

THIS PRODUCT IS A DANGER !!

The burner knobs turn on much to easily. I have set three things on fire by simply leaning over the stove to grab something or use my microwave which is above it. There is some type of lock control on it but even when that is on, it stills turns. I can not believe this product is on the market. It is a matter of time before this causes someone's home to burn down.

Danger

Great stove, but unfortunately if you even brush up against the knob it will turn your stove on. I learned that the hard way when a pizza box was left on top. Someone had brushed up against the stove and the knob turned and the burner turned on and let’s just say I almost burnt my house down. Major major safety concern, when you brush up against a stove and it can turn the knob on so easily.

Best part at bottom. Sucks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do i start. Have had this range now for 4 months None are bad, can’t read them. They turn on when you bump them. The top of the stove takes forever to heat up. And how stupid for them to put the main range at the very bottom, so you have to Neal all the time to see what is going on. The top oven is worthless. As it is to small. Cooking a pizza is okay.

Slide in stove options are cooking options on range and in oven are great. However, the slide in feature leaves gaps between counters. You need to buy a fix it kit. Cost and installation extra over the cost of the appliance. I replaced a slide in oven that covered the gaps and had a good seal to keep the counters covered. Big issue. Makes the kitchen look tacky with the gaps. Backward design. Engineering is stupid.
