I have this Ninja Oven I am not happy about The inside it is rusting. The lights up top do not work Really disappointed

Another Fail

Sounds like a bad batch left the factory. I’ve loved it since I first started using it. Super fast pre-heat, and cooking was spot on, the air fry feature was the best I’ve had in a toaster oven. But now looks like I’m also on the train to another product fail. Five months in and the top heating elements stopped working. Takes nearly 10 minutes to heat up skinny little frozen toaster pancakes. Came here to see if this was a common problem, and if there was a fix, and saw the parade of recent “it died” reviews. I’m still under warranty, and I’ll call on Monday, but what a terrible inconvenient hassle and inexcusable sloppy product construction. The oven it replaced at least lasted six years. Unless they offer a free replacement, I’m done with Ninja. This is not the first product I’ve bit on that died after a few years, but it is the most expensive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unrepairable parts break.

The wires for the control panel are small and crammed into the hinge. Just opening and closing the door fatigue the wires until they break. Mine broke one month out of warranty. Replacement control panel is unavailable for repairs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Rust problems

Barely made it a year and started rusting. The condensation that acquires when cooking frozen foods rusts the interior. This was a gift last Christmas so I don't even know if I can claim a warranty for it. For how expensive it is should last longer

Loudest oven I have ever had

Loudest oven I have ever had. I had the flip version but wanted to upgrade, big mistake. This thing is so loud. Overall cooking is good but can't get over the noise. Now I am stuck with it because I can't return it.

Not sure I would get again

This is a slow air fryer. 5 times through on 410 to get zucchini chips. The bake temp is low according my oven thermometer . Oven says 400 the thermometer say 325. It cooks fairly evenly. The toast function is great for one slice. 2 gets a little more even.

A great airfryer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Came exactly as expected. It is very large so it can cook a lot at once, but can also be a bit hard to fit in cabinets so keep that in mind. It is relatively easy to clean, just needs to be wiped. Food turns out great!!
