I just bought mine, It’s a really good product. Im just a little concern about the sound It is kinda loud for me compare to the other ones I had. Im not sure if that’s normal for this product or its just mine that has a loud sound?

Excellent in every way!! So many options and doesn't heat up the kitchen like my regular oven. Living in Florida this is a big plus for me!

Another Fail

Sounds like a bad batch left the factory. I’ve loved it since I first started using it. Super fast pre-heat, and cooking was spot on, the air fry feature was the best I’ve had in a toaster oven. But now looks like I’m also on the train to another product fail. Five months in and the top heating elements stopped working. Takes nearly 10 minutes to heat up skinny little frozen toaster pancakes. Came here to see if this was a common problem, and if there was a fix, and saw the parade of recent “it died” reviews. I’m still under warranty, and I’ll call on Monday, but what a terrible inconvenient hassle and inexcusable sloppy product construction. The oven it replaced at least lasted six years. Unless they offer a free replacement, I’m done with Ninja. This is not the first product I’ve bit on that died after a few years, but it is the most expensive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago. I enjoyed air frying chicken thighs. I am still working on the toasting timing and baking timing. So far I really like it.

Wonderful Edition To the Kitchen!!

Fantastic Unit our old one lasted from 2021 until 2025 before giving out. Hope this one last just as long or preferably longer. It has some great features and use it everyday. We got rid of our microwave and went with this type of unit going on 4 years.
I would recommend this to a friend!
