Excellent BP machine

The only problem is that I thought I ordered one with a form fitted cuff, not a D ring. When I called customer service theey don't make a cuff that is form fitted to order. I love the machine but disappointed I couldn't get a form fitted cuff as they are easier to use.

Omron Software Needs to be Updated

Readings for seniors on the Omron Blood Pressure Monitor are not up-to-date and accurate. The American Heart Association states that "normal" blood pressure for anyone 65 years and older is 130/80. Readings on the monitor that are over 120/80 comes up as "elevated." This is not true for seniors. The readings should be reflected by age group so that senior readings do not say "elevated" when they are above 120. Omron's monitors should be updated to give readings by age group in order to be accurate.

Accurate and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to monitor my BP at home and my older BP machines would not always give me accurate readings. This one is one and done every time.

Needs redesign

It’s heavy and cumbersome. Like to see last BP, but just the numbers would work not entire layout. I would not recommend for older person such as myself. Plus, the air tube was crimped and hasn’t really fully uncrimped. Needs better packaging
