Goofy BP Measurements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm an engineer and rely on instrument readings to analyze engine performance in preventive maintenance/diagnosis of large engines. This new Omron meter is consistently significantly higher and wild when compared to another Omron BP meter that has been calibrated to hospital lab standards. It can be 30 mmHg higher. This new meter is defective.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was such a great product to use. It has clear readouts that are large enough to read without the help of glasses and it was so easy and simple to use even my not-very-tech-savvy mother figured out how to use it without my help!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was very easy to use! I had no problems reading it. It fit everyone comfortably from my 75 year old mother to my 18 year old daughter. I made everyone try it on, so I could try it out. Very accurate, would recommend to all. Great product.

Omron Not What I Expected

I purchased this product from a reputable pharmacy a couple of months ago because my cardiologists told me my old Omron meter was reading quite high. I took it in to my first visit with him after I got it and to my surprise it also was reading about 20 points high on the SYS. I initially thought that it could be calibrated by a simple software update being an old software tech. However I soon found that that the calibration process consisted of throwing it in the trash and buying another one. Needless to say I won't be buying Omron as a replacement.

Bought it about a year ago to replace another brand. Nice workmanship. Just can’t connect Bluetooth with any other device. I am an experienced computer user and have been totally frustrated by this device. The IOM is huge but, glosses over the connection steps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this BP monitor for my mom. She is older and had a hard time with technology but it was easy to use once we read the instructions. It works very well and gives accurate readings. It even keeps a log via Bluetooth on an app. Pretty cool.

Omron is true

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a new Amron as my readings were different at home from what the doctor got. The doctor said his readings were the correct ones even with the new monitor. So I took my new one in to the doctor and would you believe the numerals were exactly the same. So my normal blood pressure at home would not warrant me starting his BP pill. I n my summary after visit he listed pt refuses to take BP medication, you bet, I'm a healthy 90 year old. Thanks Omron for coming to my rescue. Virginia
