[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not expect the Samsung TV to be the one me amd my family. Chose. But it was. At first it grew on me but the great picture. Sound. Amd family friendly features. I recommend it to anyone within a small family and cramped area. The payments was not super low but they were worth jt!!!

Horrible customer experience but good TV

We really like the TV but we were shipped a defective product and it's been over 6 weeks and we still haven't gotten a replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful image, terrible energy use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the image on this TV. The audio is crisp and I can work on fine details of art or see such beautiful details in shows. Its amazing. however, the TV seems to run hot even when off and when it's on you could pretty much burn your hand on the front or back from how hot it gets.

Thank you for your review. Watching TV for an extended period of time causes the panel to generate heat. The heat from the panel is dissipated through internal vents running along the top of the TV. The bottom, however, may feel hot to the touch after extended use. This heat, however, is not a defect and does not affect the TV's functionality.
