[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a month ago and it ripped out of no where. Very disappointed as it is a nice bag overall. I thought it would be more durable.

I bought this as a gift and the recipient is very pleased with it. Its main purpose is as a work bag. They love how spacious the bag is and that the side pocket can fit their large water bottles. It is also very plain and discrete for use in the work environment.

Yes I can confirm Zippers are not good!

Bag looks nice and I wanted it to work but I used only 2 times. Both times the main compartment zipper track kept opening on its own. I DID NOT over fill it, it just somehow keeps opening. This is over concern because someone can just stick their hand in your bag at the airport or anywhere and grab what you have it there. Samsonite, please fix these zipper issues!
