Better than nothing?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to purchasing this backpack, I searched reviews, the majority were by people that were given the product, and that in itself left me a little apprehensive. I received the backpack and put it on, no matter how I adjusted the straps they rubbed my neck. The straps are sewn too close together and would have left me in considerable pain. I am returning the bag.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Yes I can confirm Zippers are not good!

Bag looks nice and I wanted it to work but I used only 2 times. Both times the main compartment zipper track kept opening on its own. I DID NOT over fill it, it just somehow keeps opening. This is over concern because someone can just stick their hand in your bag at the airport or anywhere and grab what you have it there. Samsonite, please fix these zipper issues!

Wonky Zippers

The zippers on this bag are terrible and come off track constantly. The zippers started to open 1 month in and Im often fearful that my items will fall out and now I'm forced to spend money on another bag. Wish I had searched reviews prior to purchasing.

Love this backpack!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a backpack for my urban commute walking and riding the subway, and this bag is just perfect! I’m 5’3”, and this bag feels like the right size (though, someone both bigger or smaller than me could also wear this!). It’s super light and the back/straps are quite comfortable, so it feels easy to carry around. It’s also really slim, so I don’t feel like I’m going to whack into people on a crowded bus or subway car. It easily fits my Dell XPS 15”. Plus, the laptop sleeve has a built-in elastic cradle, so your laptop doesn’t actually rest on the ground!! It’s such a smart design to prevent damage from drops. Outside of functioning well, I also just think it looks great! Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] love the backpack Only one note and this is 100% user error and very stupid of me but the back compartment by the zipper is not easy to see And so if it was just like a code that’s said where are the compartments are that would be good OK great just 100% user error and me being stupid
