Not sure why the 1 stars are saying the sound quality isn't good. Maybe they need to adjust their settings. The sound quality is amazing! I can hear everything perfectly, fine and then some! Awesome headset, and I'm so glad I went with JBL brand. They never let me down! Happy with the price, because you know you're buying quality.

I got this headset 2 months ago still hold up strong nice sound mic sounds amazing especially love that they fit my big head plus they come with gamepass as a bonus worth every penny if you ask me I love these so much I bought a 2nd headset just to have as a backup thank you JBL
