Unfortunately, drive came dead on arrival. Support told me to return the drive after trying a few support steps. Was very disappointed that I could only return the drive for a refund or follow the warranty process for a refurbished replacement. I’m not spending full price for a NEW drive and then offered a refurbished as a replacement in day 1.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very easy to purchase. Price is competitive and sometimes better than 3rd party. Already have two in my NAS mirrored. This is a spare. One disk quit but it was withing the warranty period and it was replaced at no cost. Their support was very helpful.
