Great versatility and sharpness

I will not be putting these into the dishwasher to maintain sharpness but the sharpener does a great job getting these knives back into tip top shape! The variety of knives provided in the box is great to help prepare all types of meals!

My new favorite knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving this 14pc Viking steel cutlery set with block. Crafted in Germany. These are a great and much needed upgrade from my last set. They are very super sharp!! Comfort grip handles are a plus. Very durable. This set includes, 1 chef knife, 1 bread knife, 1 carving knife, 1 sharpening steel, 1 utility knife, 1 carving knife, a pair of kitchen scissors and 6pc steak knives. And every piece fits into the knife block. I love that this set is black to match my decor.

Amazing knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best knives I have ever owned. These slice right through potatoes like butter. They cut meat without any struggle. I would have to say, I am a little concerned with how easily they got scratched. I washed with a regular non scratch dish sponge and dried with a paper towel and put back in the wood block and I noticed there were surface scratches on them. So that sucks. But these are still very amazing.

The sharpness is beyond; I can cut almost everything effortlessly. Just a very small concern, the tip of the knife is too pointy, otherwise it’s a great set.

The quality is excellent, the knives are made of high-quality stainless steel and are easily inserted into the grooves. The set has everything you need - different knives for meat, bread, vegetables, which makes it universal for any type of cooking. They fit comfortably in the hand, thanks to the ergonomic handles, and do not slip even with prolonged use. I really liked the bread knife - it cuts perfectly even slices, nothing crumbles. The meat knife is just a godsend, cuts easily, without effort. Scissors are a separate plus of this set. They are very sharp, cut absolutely everything. Convenient for cutting not only meat, but also fish. In addition to functionality, I want to note the stylish design and convenient stand, which does not take up much space on the kitchen table, but at the same time keeps the knives in order. The blades stay sharp for a long time and need to be sharpened very rarely, but this is not a problem, since a sharpener steel is also included in this set.
