The best knives I’ve ever owned.

These are the best knives! I have done everything from trimming down ribs and lamb chops, carving/cutting up big and small birds, briskets, fish, and more. These knives have held their edge better than anything I’ve used yet. The shears can process anything you’ve got and make quick work of it. Life is so much easier with sharp knives, get sharp knives.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The edge on each of these blades is insane and shocked me tbh when I compared these to the Japanese set i already own. I’m honestly excited to cook each night and the whole fam loves that we got these

This knife set is amazing! The German steel is no joke and the edges cut meat like butter. Watch out though - one of the edges cut my thumb like butter, too! The steel doesn't bend or twist like the previous set we owned. I love the square edges and lines of this set which look modern and also feel great in your hand. They are well balanced and have a good weight to them which feel like quality! I also love that they match our Viking cookware and appliances too - they look great on the countertop!

This knife set has completely transformed my kitchen experience. I haven't bought new knives in 7 years, and I didn't realize how much good knives make a difference in the kitchen, and these are truly exceptional. On the first chop, I immediately was drawn to the weight of the knifes and the easy rocking motion that helped me cut with little force. My favorite knife from the set is the 8-inch chef knife. It's my new go-to for all my chopping needs and makes me excited to get in my kitchen and cook!

The brand has such a great reputation, I thought I would give it a try. The price point is a great value as these knives are amazing. I love the look, feel, and precision of both the block and the blades. I vowed never to put them in the dishwasher and to keep the blades nice and sharp. I LOVE them! Would recommend.
