Response from Samsung USBy R&R Team, July 28, 2025
Thanks for reaching out to us, Cabeza. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback on the Galaxy Z Fold6. It's awesome to see that you use your phone for work, leisure, and other activities! Your Galaxy devices provide various options for voice control, including Voice Access, voice-to-text, Bixby, and Google Assistant. If you are experiencing challenges with any of these features, we recommend checking for updates for the apps as well as the phone itself. Also, be sure to check your phone's microphone to make sure there is no debris, damage, or moisture blocking the hole. You may also need to restart your phone as well. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer's defects. We also offer the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, providing extended protection and enhanced support. If this continues to be your experience, please reach out to us at Samsung Support so we can provide further assistance. -Kelvin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The z fold 6 is amazing that I am getting the z fold 7. This phone works as a tablet and a phone. Love the fact that I can unfold it and use the Galaxy Ai features to edit pictures. Also love how Galaxy Ai is able to help me type a message out and make it seamless. Love this device.
