The screen breaks after one year.

Do NOT buy a phone that bends. My z-fold 5 hinge got wonky exactly one-year and one month later--j-u-u-sst long enough to outlive the warranty. Now there's an ugly black line running down the screen along the hinge. And Samsung's cost for repair? The price of the phone.
It doesn’t matter that I treated this phone like royalty. Bending phones have a timer on how many times you can open it. It's like a pre-set lifespan, and there’s nothing you can do about it.

Signal strength is abysmal

I went from a galexy fold 4 to this galexy fold 6. I have never had a worse phone for signal. I was used to almost having no signal issues to almost never having signal in all my normal places. Any time I lose signal, It takes 5-10 mins to gain signal after moving into an are the new phone has no signal issues. I almost sent back the new phone to keep the old one but was worried about trade in value if I waited another generation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First, ensure your network settings are optimized by going to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks and toggling Airplane mode on and then off to refresh your connection. Also, keeping your device updated can significantly enhance performance as well. Be sure to check for the latest software update by navigating to Settings > Software update > Download and install. If challenges continue, resetting your network settings may help; this can be done in Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings, though please note this will erase all saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth connections. We also appreciate your concern regarding trade-in value.
