Not as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking and stunning features at first sight. However, not very practical for daily work. No.1, Battery can't stay for whole day without charging. No.2, you have to be very careful to use it, and make sure to wear a protector before using it, or you will probably have a lot of scratches on the phone. No.3 if you break the screen, without insurance, you better just let go, too freaking expensive for the repairs.

We understand that you have concerns about battery life, durability, and the potential costs associated with screen repairs. We want to assure you that a single charge on the Galaxy Z Fold6 lasts longer than on the Galaxy Z Fold5. While both models feature the same 4400mAh (typical) battery, the advanced processor in the Z Fold6 allows for more efficient power usage. This means you can enjoy up to 77 hours of music playback or watch up to 23 hours of video on a single charge. For more tips on increasing your battery life, we will provide a couple of links at the end of this response. Regarding screen repairs, Samsung's Z Assurance offers a one-time discounted repair for the interior folding screen of Galaxy Z Fold and Galaxy Z Flip devices purchased in the U.S. from authorized distributors before July 31, 2024. To qualify, you must register your device with a Samsung account. Please note that this offer is limited to the original purchaser and does not cover second-hand devices. The promotion specifically applies to the interior folding screen and excludes repairs for the front screen or back glass. You can access this service through Samsung’s support page by selecting ‘Start a Repair’ and following the instructions for either walk-in or mail-in service. Additional damages will be assessed separately, and if your device is deemed out of warranty, extra costs may apply. Thank you again for your feedback! I love the unfolded full

The display is exceptional with the resolution. Battery life is unparalleled for any function of the phone. Galaxy AI works wonderfully and meshes seamlessly.

Greatest fold ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Samsung products for almost 20 years and been a Note user for however long up until the fold 3. Initially I didn't see the hype until I got my hands on one. Since then I haven't looked back. The power behind the phone was remarkable. Fast forward to the Z Fold 6 has been nothing short of breathtaking. I use the split screen every day. Helps with sharing and transferring information. The galaxy AI on this phone is swift n responsive. Whether trying to find an artist to a song, OR what that certain someone is wearing, it's right there with the answer. I can't wait to get into the Z Fold 7. Its great being a Samsung Elite rep and showing the latest to our customers and letting them know WHY they need this phone

Best foldable of the year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased this phone 2 times. The firs time the screen protector cracked in 6 months and every 4-7 months thereafter. While it was a nominal issue, it was easy to replace and I truly loved the phone.
The wide design, the multi tasking, the eyes of interest from anyone who passed me by...! It was also great to tote around for a mom of a young kid, instead of taking a tablet the is the goto
When I was ready to upgrade, I purchased the next model and everything is better... the camera, the processing, the galaxy ai... its all much better. This phone also has not cracked in the year and a half I have had it so its definitely shown improvement.
I still get asked what phone am I using and I would t trade it for the world.
