Anticipated, and impressive, weak design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested this galaxy ai, Samsung fold 6 smartphone for a week, and thought that it would be the phone for me. After a year of using it, I believe that Samsung cheap doubt on most of the most important features on this phone. The camera is awful, especially when compared with my other devices such as my flip 4. They integration with Buds and other Bluetooth devices is poor and often cuts out. The folding effects are not integrated into the software or apps that are made for this device. No one actually thought through how you're going to use this as a computer rather than a phone. This should be structured like a Computing device, not just something you put in your pocket. Samsung pass is absolutely terrible, and often completely resets, for getting all of your passwords your addresses and even whether it's on a given device.

Totally worth the upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the Z fold 2 and this upgrade feels more like a complete evolution than just a new version.
Right away, the first thing I noticed was how much sleeker and lighter the Fold6+ feels. It’s thinner, the hinge is way more refined, and it folds completely flat now—which makes a surprising difference when slipping it into a pocket or bag. The outer screen is finally wide enough to feel like a “real” phone screen, unlike the narrower front display on the Fold2.
Once unfolded, the inner screen is even brighter and smoother, and the crease is much less noticeable. The refresh rate and responsiveness are incredibly fast, and multitasking feels snappier too. I love using multiple apps side by side, and now it feels more seamless than ever.
Performance-wise, it’s a huge jump. Apps open instantly, no lag at all, and it generally just works so smoothly. I love the Galaxy AI as it makes everyday tasks just a bit easier, I use it to study and summerize my test material which is extremely helpful.

Glitchy / freezes

The Best Phone EVER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Z Fold 6 is the second d of the folds that I have had. I absolutely love the fact that I can do so much with this phone. Closed it is a regular small compact phone. But open this baby up and it is a whole new world! Having the ability to open up two apps simultaneously is such a game changer. No longer having to switch back and forth saves so much time...and frustration. Watching movies on this is pure joy. Crisp and clear and large enough that it seems like a small tv. My life is made simpler by having the s-pen right there if I need to take notes or jot something down quickly. AI is also a game changer. It is fun using it with photos, great for asking questions and helps with writing drafts of letters and such. The camera on this phone is also phenomenal. Takes beautiful pictures and videos. Hands down the best Galaxy phone I have owned.

Overall great phone. System updates quirks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Z fold 6 is used for work and personal use. The phone overall is great. The main issues that I have deals with system updates and camera photo quality issues. I have noticed that when a system update occurs it will change categories in the contact app. For example, an work email address will now be listed as a home email. The quality of a lot of pictures are blurry, not the quality of the Ultra phone.

Great phone but overheats a lot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed my Galaxy Z-Fold 6. I think that the screen is incredibly great and I was surprised to see how well the fold actually works. I have been using Galaxy AI quite a bit recently and have been very amused and happy with it as well. I am very happy and satisfied with the phone with two exceptions.
1. The phone overheats quite frequently. I have read online, and I'm not alone. I think it has to do with how thin the phone is, in the end under normal use as compared to my other Galaxy devices, this phone overheats a lot.
2. The camera lenses stick so far out the back of the phone that it makes wireless charging near impossible. It will not charge on my trucks wireless charging spot and it will not charge on my Samsung wireless charger that I have had for a couple years. You have to find a wireless charger that is very low profile that will fit down underneath those lenses that protrude out so far. I understand trying to make the phone thinner and thinner, but if it means the lenses have to stick out further and further, what's the point?
