[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Have had 3 of the fold phones and the 6 is the one that works. The Galaxy AI just makes it better.

Huge improvement over Z Fold 4 and other phones!
on July 6, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I came from the Z Fold 4, which was my first fold phone. While it was great and got me thinking I could never go to a regular phone again, the internal screen protector was peeling after about a years worth of use. Regarding this Z Fold 6, I have had no issues of the sort. The phone style is also greatly improved over the Z Fold 4, from the frame to the screens. I love being able to use my outside screen for general use, then unfold to watch videos, play games, or any other task that's just easier with a larger screen. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the large camera bumps — although, this is a problem for any device and not specific to the Z Fold 6. I would like to be able to lay the phone onto a flat surface and it not rock or feel unstable. Regarding Galaxy AI, I'm not sure how I feel about it just yet — although it is better than Bixby was. However, Google has a convenient feature where I can touch and hold the bottom of the screen and it can analyze pictures, text, etc. from what's on screen at the time. It's hard to move to something else when that's only a touch away. I, personally, feel like AI is just the next fad and its popularity will die off over the next few years — not go away, but just not be as large of a selling point. One other thing I would find convenient is the ability to use the S Pen on the outside display. I frequently forget it only works on the inner display. I am also a fan of the flat screens, it's a major reason I left the flagships.

The phone in the game!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Z Fold 6 device is stellar and I absolutely love all the features of this phone. Galaxy AI is a great tool to use in a pinch. Browsing through emails is way easier than using other devices and the widescreen is sublime.

It's a tablet and a phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing has been a major game changer for me as I use documents for work on a regular basis. Being able to unfold the phone to see documents in full screen has been AWESOME! It's like having a little tablet all the time but I only have to carry one device around.
Galaxy AI features are there but I don't use them as much as I would think.
The big screen is also a blast to watch YouTube on since you can watch the videos in a large view and read comments at the same time.
I've also found myself watching movies on the big screen a lot.
Unfolded, the phone is also a lot more comfortable to hold for someone like me with bigger hands. It is also easier on the eyes and I find myself not holding it so close to my face.
Overall, I've absolutely loved my first foldable and I don't think I'll ever go back.
One thing I would wish for is being able to use Samsung Dex on the unfolded screen without having to have an external monitor. It would really give the Folds a distinct advantage over the S series.

Great phone - thin and versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the phone mainly for the z fold edition stylus to fill out documents. Opening the screen makes it easy to be able to do that. I also use the front screen to be able to text one handed. So it's been a big advantage to be able to have best of both worlds: the candy bar shape for the front and then the tablet size shape when it's open. I have so used it for gaming. The galaxy Ai has been handy with being able to compose messages and have it check the tone and delivery. I also like the object eraser feature in the galaxy photos editing. The stylus on the s23 ultra was not a home run for me, and if you want to use a bigger stylus that is more line a pen, then I recommend the z fold 6.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alright, let’s talk about the Galaxy Z Fold 6 like we’re two nerds on a couch surrounded by empty energy drink cans and a stack of unopened model kits.
So I got my hands on this thing, right? First impression: it’s like someone took a regular phone, fed it creatine, and taught it origami. You open it and suddenly you’re holding a mini tablet that’s just begging for you to multitask like a caffeinated octopus. I had Discord, YouTube, and a PDF of obscure Skyrim mods open at the same time, and it didn’t even break a sweat.
The hinge? Smooth like butter on a hot pan. The screen? Brighter than my future if I’d actually finished that computer science degree. And the AI stuff? Bro, I took a blurry pic of my cat mid-zoomies and it turned it into a National Geographic cover. I don’t know what kind of wizardry that is, but I’m not questioning it.
Downsides? Yeah, it’s thick. Like, “can’t sneak it into class without looking like you’re smuggling a sandwich” thick. And the price? Let’s just say if you buy this, you’re not eating out for a while unless your idea of fine dining is instant noodles.
But honestly? It’s fun. It’s flashy. It’s the kind of phone that makes you feel like you’re living in the future, even if you’re just doomscrolling Reddit in bed.
Want me to write a fake Amazon review from the perspective of a time traveler who mistook it for a tricorder?
