Not worth the change from Fold5. Screen is unresponsive most of the time. Battery is ridiculously under-powered. Case is slick (slippery) making it way to easy to drop. Really not an upgrade at all.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Galaxy Z Fold6, Robert. We appreciate your feedback and hate to see that it may not have fully met your expectations. Regarding screen responsiveness, the Galaxy Z Fold6 features a 7.6-inch QXGA+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X main display and a 6.3-inch HD+ AMOLED cover display with an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz, enhancing smoothness compared to the Fold5. To ensure optimal performance, please make sure your device is updated with the latest software. You can do this by going to Settings > Software update > Download and install, as updating can often enhance the overall experience. Also, make sure to keep your apps up to date. The Galaxy Z Fold6 has a 4,400 mAh dual battery with improved management features for battery performance. If you're experiencing a shortened battery life, please be sure to check out the links attached for options to help optimize your phone's battery life. We understand that the case design may feel a bit slick. To improve your grip, we recommend using a textured case or accessories designed for better handling. This can significantly help prevent drops. The Galaxy Z Fold6 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy processor, enhancing overall performance and graphics capabilities. Additionally, it offers up to 12GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage, making it suitable for multitasking and storing large files. If any of this persists, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can further assist you. -Kelvin https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078987/ https://www.samsung.com/us/support/galaxy-battery/optimization/ smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

Keep your Z Fold 5. Not worth the upgrade to Fold 6.

The phone is decent. The camera is no where close to the camera available on the S22 though. The rest of the features are decent enough and the bigger screen does make things easier for using office software such as excel. Gaming is average.

Hey Rich! Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Z Fold6. We understand that the camera is a crucial aspect for many users. The Galaxy Z Fold6 features a robust camera. It includes a 10MP front/cover camera, a hidden 4MP under-display camera on the main screen, and on the rear, a 50MP wide-angle camera, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, and a 10MP telephoto camera. Throughout your day, you can take crisp, clear photos enhanced by our advanced processor and AI-powered software. For those who love creative photography, downloading Expert RAW allows for even more control over the pro-grade cameras. We're excited to see that you appreciate the larger screen! It's designed to enhance productivity, especially when using office software like Excel. With Samsung's Multi-Active Window feature, you can run multiple apps simultaneously, making multitasking even easier. As for gaming, we continuously strive to improve performance with each model, and the Z Fold6 provides an immersive experience with its vibrant display and powerful processor. Like its slimness when folded for putting in my purse. Then having the larger screen when opened. Maybe the only negative is Solitaire/Poker games don't spread out evenly -- tend to get bunched at the bottom of screen, even when turned to the side. I've learned to work around it. The fingerprint is easier on the side than on the front of screen. Thus far battery holds up well and phone doesn't get too warm. Even though I plan to buy phone cases, still wish these came in a prettier variety of colors.
My wife and I really like the phones, but it's Samsung changing the software from the S23 that drives us crazy. They changed to Google text messaging, so now I can't delete most of a text with one or two clicks, I have to click each one, in one person's stream, to delete them. I can't get rid of outgoing text message sounds, unless I also get rid of incoming. Adding photos to a text has changed, and copying a text message requires a new step that is explained NOWHERE. In fact, the Samsung repair guy didn't know how, and had to ask someone else in the store. As with upgrading any electronic, there's a learning curve and we'll get through it. There are some cool features for sure, but I miss some of the older simpler stuff. Looking at pictures of videos on the double screen is really nice.
