I am Samsung most loyal customer. All my gadgets are Samsung. If Samsung launch Hair Curler ill buy it in a hearbeat. This Samsung Z Fold is not something you would want. IT IS SOMETHING YOU NEED. From notes, to AI, best camera. Its pink and its functional!. I bought this is 40th gift to myself. And its expensive but money well spent. Thank you samsung for creating this one.

I finally upgraded from my Z Fold3 to the Samsung Z Fold6 phone, and I couldn't be more excited with the change! I bought this phone and I didn't drop the device and upon opening the phone I see a colorful small dot on the screen and I honestly don't know where it came from. Also, I love taking pictures and I'm really upset about the camera quality of this phone. It's horrible. I can't get any good pictures. Coming from a Ultra 22, the camera quality was amazing. No problems, I was hoping for the same consistency with this phone. I like the phone don't get me wrong. I just really hate the camera. I'm unsure if I'm going to keep this phone because I need to take pics and I have to go through a lot to get a good Pic out this phone.

First, regarding the colorful dot on your screen, physical damage can sometimes appear as ink spots or bleeding pixels. While this can be concerning, we want to reassure you that Samsung offers expanded service options for repairs. My first Foldable device. Really happy with it so far. Do not use outer screen much as it is too small for me as compared to Note devices, but internal screen is great. Unfortunately some apps do not seem to fully support it, or get confused about orientation. Feels very solid. Pen work on internal screen!
