Keep your Fold 5

I purchased a Samsung fold 3 and have upgraded every year. I've only had the fold 6 for a week and I wish I didn't trade my fold 5 for it. First, I've always been able to transfer all my data seamlessly using the smart switch app. When doing it this time, it gets hung up before 100%. Sometimes it goes to 35% then others 75%. I've tried at least 10 times and even using a cord and still it won't work. I used a different app to transfer but still missing a lot of information. This never happened on my last upgrades. Second, after only 5 days my phone is full of spam. I use it for work and only go to a few sites and I get pop up every time I open my phone. And third, my battery life on my fold 5 was better. The positives are the phone is a tad lighter and the screen is a tiny bit larger, but not a noticeable difference from a fold 5. I regret upgrading just for the sake of upgrading because I miss my fold 5 now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome phone! Almost flagship material

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really cool device, I have been using the flip series for a while now, main reason is cause I carry 2 phones and its more convenient, both flip, the other one is the razr 50 plus, not going to lie i like the cover display functionality of the Motorola better BUT overall the flip 6 offers a more rounded experience, i just cant wait one year for an android update with motorola, anyways back to the flip, the cameras r (finally) really close to flagship territory, I love the display, the update support it's good, built is great too, like I said well rounded experience, I'm trying the ai functions and r good, not great, some r a little gimmicky for me but I understand that it's early technology and I know that samsung will do awesome things with it, a couple of points, being a Motorola user, the razr as my second device, I can see some opportunities for the flip, like for me it's very convenient when I am in a call, be able to turn on the speaker, close the phone and continue the call, the razr have it, the flip don't, the other thing is being able to reorder the drop down settings in the cover display, last is, just give the full functionality of the cover display out of the box, it's the main selling point, is mainly the reason I love this phones, overall loving my zflip 6, keep it up Samsung

Everything about this phone is fantastic except for one (deal killer) aspect: the fold. In low light/darkness the display is a wonder to hold and behold. But in "room" lighting, the fold becomes VERY noticeable and requires holding it at a specific angle in order for it to not be distracting (to me).
Again, great improvement but probably still needs a generation or two of improvement before it can be a replacement "daily driver" for me. As it is, I'll continue to use my S24+ and grab my Tab S8+ when I want a bigger screen for content, etc.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
