Bought my galazy zfold 5 a month ago and when i started to use it, the screen started to flicker. Customer care didnt want to replace it. Very disapointed

We see that you may be experiencing some flickering on your Z Fold6 screen. Products sold by Samsung are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the limited 12-month warranty period specified for each product. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. All eligible mobile devices can be enrolled on Samsung.com at the time of device purchase, or within 60 days of device purchase at samsungcareplus.com. You may also want to take advantage of our Galaxy Z Assurance. Within two years of a qualifying purchase, Samsung will provide one repair for the interior folding screen of a Galaxy Z Fold6 or Galaxy Z Flip6 device for a discounted fee based on the Offer Price. Awsone phone ! Thus is my 4 lth z fold. Im grandfathered in now, i wont go back to a regular slate phone. So ill forever i have a new fold each year. Thats how much i love the fold.

I really like it. I waited for the 6 because they finally made it a little wider. Some people don't like the thickness and weight, but I do. I think it makes it easier to hold and feels more solid in the hand so it doesn't slip out. I am hoping my next fold is a tad wider yet. I think they added something like 2mm this time. I think 2mm more would be perfect. Camera is good but it's no S-Ultra camera which is what I had previously. That's the only thing I really don't care for. Great phone either way. Still 5 stars.
