I can't go back to candy bars, foldables only!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After taking a gamble with the fold 4, and now upgrading to the fold 6, I can never go back to candy bar phones again. This device fills so many roles, with this 7.6 inch screen! The multitasking, the gaming, the media all blown up by unfolding. Also gets better with customization and pictures using AI. Then the enhanced productivity with Samsung DeX. I find myself using my other devices less as I use this more and more.

Don't waste your money. The 4 was better.

If you have a fold 4 or 5 keep it. The phone isn't any better than those 2. Id even go as far as to say it's worse. I've had the phone for 3 months and the inside screen is going bad already. The apps are always crashing. And to top it off. To get anything done about it. I have to send them the phone for 5 days without a phone. I work from this phone. So no phone no work. And I have to do a data transfer.. how are you supposed to do that. If they keep your phone and send you a new one. When they come to the same conclusion as they will. It's a BAD PHONE!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To optimize your devices functionality, you can perform a software update by going to Settings > Software update > Download and install, which can help resolve app crashing. Also, be sure to make sure that your apps are up to date as well. Regarding your thoughts on repairs, we want to highlight our Z Assurance program. If you purchased your Galaxy Z Fold6 or Galaxy Z Flip6 from an authorized distributor in the U.S. before July 31, 2024, you are eligible for a one-time discounted repair for the interior folding screen. To qualify, you’ll need to register your device with a Samsung account. Please note that this offer applies only to the interior folding screen and not to other parts, such as the front screen or back glass. You can access the repair service through our support page by selecting ‘Start a Repair’ and following the instructions for either walk-in or mail-in service. If additional damages are found, those will be assessed separately, and costs may apply if deemed out of warranty. This is by far the best Fold to date. While the 5 was what I referred to as "the first production-ready out-of-beta folding phone that I'd recommend to others without hesitation", the 6 is all of that but turns the volume up to 11 on quality, fit and finish, and design language. The sharp corners and flat sides give it an elegent symmetry when folded, and the thickness is now down to the point where it feels like something like an S24 when folded closed. Proportions are perfect for an average-hand-size yser to comfortably and confidently grip and operate one handed. Unfolded, the hinge confidently snaps into place at a full 180° and makes what looks and feels like an impossibly think small tablet with barely any reminders outside of the very shallow crease that it's a foldable. Inner screen lays flatter and is more solid feeling and glass-like than ever. And the hinge is everything you loved about the excellent Fold5 hinge but with a lovely new matte finish that resists fingerprints and smudges very well. And the new matte black bezel really blends nicely with the frame. Overall while the 1 and 2 were interesting proofs of concept, the 3 blew our minds with the s-pen support, 4 brought great battery life, 5 was a refinement combining the best of the 3 and 4 in a thonner and lighter package, the Fold 6 is a masterpiece and the ultimate iteration of this design to date in nearly every way.

The bigger front screen makes it feel as though you are using a regular phone and makes user interface easy to use one handed.
Using the main display, streaming movies is a much nicer experience. Watch your favorite shows while getting work done, messaging friends, or do all three at once.
The fold 6 is like a phone, tablet, and computer all in one device. Pairing with your galaxy watch or buds pro 3 has never been easier.
