Z fold4 screen breaked

Do not buy a phone that fold. My z-fold 4 hinge got wonky exactly two and half year later--long enough to outlive the warranty. online description durability at least 200k folds or 10years of approximate use. Now there's an ugly black line running down the screen along the hinge then all screen is out. And Samsung's cost for repair? The price of the phone. It doesn’t matter that I treated this phone like royalty with full screen protectors, fold phones have a timer on how many times you can open it. It's like a pre-set lifespan, and there’s nothing you can do about it. Samsung needs to improve foldable phone screen quality

Feels like it's from the future... Z Folds ROCK.

I was very nervous getting this device for several different reasons - the price - the delicacy (I thought) of the inner display(s) - Etc. Etc. But NO... This device is nothing short of absolutely AMAZING... And nowhere near as delicate as people try and say that they are. The 5, 6, and 7's are all VERY durable and extremely nice devices... I also LOVE the AI features. Galaxy AI is incredible cool and helps me be creative/gives some photos and things that 'professional touch'... All in all. I will NEVER go back to a standard candy bar shaped phone again. Haha. This phone has RUINED me... Haha!

Third phone. fold cracked. Had to drive and hour both ways for warranty. no phone for two days. Very inconvenient

My z fold is not even 6 months old and I got a line going right down the middle of my screen from it folding up and closing so much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After taking a gamble with the fold 4, and now upgrading to the fold 6, I can never go back to candy bar phones again. This device fills so many roles, with this 7.6 inch screen! The multitasking, the gaming, the media all blown up by unfolding. Also gets better with customization and pictures using AI. Then the enhanced productivity with Samsung DeX. I find myself using my other devices less as I use this more and more.
Love this phone, responsive fast. What's not to love.

Don't waste your money. The 4 was better.

If you have a fold 4 or 5 keep it. The phone isn't any better than those 2. Id even go as far as to say it's worse. I've had the phone for 3 months and the inside screen is going bad already. The apps are always crashing. And to top it off. To get anything done about it. I have to send them the phone for 5 days without a phone. I work from this phone. So no phone no work. And I have to do a data transfer.. how are you supposed to do that. If they keep your phone and send you a new one. When they come to the same conclusion as they will. It's a BAD PHONE!!!
