Love the Lights; The app, not so much.

I am very happy with the lights. I wish they came with more clips to secure them, the tape doesn't work so well on the old wood where the lights were installed, but the the lights are great.
The app is fine, and easy enough to use for pre-programmed setting, but is not very user friendly for making you own lighting design.

Installed a 50 foot strand across my house. They look and work great! Then tried to run an extension down to the first floor and add an 18ft strand to go along my porch overhang and quickly found out govee doesn't sell anything to make that happen. Their 3 prong plug size is one of a kind so to add another piece of lighting to the first one, with space in between, you basically have to chop up the end of the cords and add your own “homemade"extension.
For this reason, they get a 3.

Bright and easy to install

For the most part they were super easy to install, instead of the clips provided I used a wire staple gun to secure the wires. These are super cool and bright. The app is a little hard to use and be able to set custom scenes but I'm learning.
