DIY button on app when selecting white throws pink

We got the 150’ and the 50’ plus additional 16’ add on for back deck and front of house. When doing any time of diy on the app and selecting white, the lights throw pink because the backfill color defaults to red if you close the app. Even looking at the share tab that other people have set up, the white throws pink color. Been in touch with the company quite awhile ago and sent pics of the diy issue and they told me they are working n it but to date haven’t heard anything back. Haven’t set up the front lights yet cause we don’t want to have to deal with this. Also haven’t set up the tree lights for the same reason or the carriage lights. Govee is supposed to be the best but not our experience at this point

Only gave one because I couldn’t give 0. Had these “permanent” lights up for less than a years and the cable literally just gave out and tore. Installed the lights exactly as directed. For this quality you could find much cheaper lights elsewhere.
