I’ve had these up for a week now and they are amazing!! I love setting up different scenes and even using them as accent lighting and choosing which ones I want to stay on/off. The brightness and colors are just like advertised. I have a new construction home and our neighborhood is dark because there isn’t any street lights. These have lit up the street! Timers are helpful and installation was very easy! I should have purchased these sooner. Can’t wait for Christmas!

I absolutely ADORE my Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights 2! I'm getting up there in age and am getting to the point where I don't feel overly confident climbing 15 feet up on an extension ladder. So, in order to eliminate that yearly fatigue inducing task, I purchased these lights in the hopes that this would be the last time I'd be having to string lights up on my house.
I am THRILLED with the results! I must say, I do miss having my C9 Christmas light bulbs up and glowing... but I can live with not having to climb my ladder anymore. The Govee lights are a wonderful substitute. And, I can make them do all sorts of things that my old C9's couldn't do.
The installation took me a bit longer than hanging my old Christmas lights, but that was mainly due to running the electrical supply into the attic of the garage and then down to an outlet.
I would say that I wish I'd done this years sooner, but I actually think I did this at the exact time I needed to. It's a wonderful addition to my house that I can use all year 'round and not just at the holiday time of year.
If you're hesitant about it, I really don't think you'll be disappointed with the result if you install them correctly!

As a new installer of Govee lights my customers have been thrilled with the endless options and combinations of colors that Govee lights can accomplish. In 5 years the incandescent xmas light bulb will be a thing of the past! Thanks Govee for making an awsome and customizable product! I hope to sell many more in the future!

When I purchased the lights I loved them but they didnt even last a year i only used them for Halloween and Christmas and they stopped working the next season I tried to turn them on and they didnt work I sent a video in showing the problem and asked how to fix it they said they dont sell that model anymore but offered a 10 percent discount to buy more. I looked online and still see they sell the same model. I dont think they are worth as much as they cost if they dont even last more than a year.

I'm happy with the 'permanent outdoor lights 2' after installing 3 strings, 350' on my home. With supplied brackets & screws it was simple and straightforward to install them under me eaves, albeit quite tedious. I contained the transformers and controllers all in a hidden weatherproof box under a deck. Programming went quickly as prompted by the Govee app. Wifi makes for easy control of the lights through the app. So overall, I'm pleased after installation.
