Incredibly bad after the sale service

Purchased their lights and they ghosted me when I tried repeatedly to contact them. Their lights are inexpensive and the level of bad service explains why. Do not purchase their lights unless you're willing to be left in the dark.

The lights are great. However, for them to function fully you have to have your phone attached to them 24/7. Even a string of cheap twinkle lights can be put on a cheap timer and function without any phone having to be attached.

Great concept, poor execution and horrible adhesive

While the lights and app work great, reality is that these lights defeat the whole purpose and best feature of permanent lights of being able to "set it and forget it". We followed all the installation instructions and unfortunately a few days after installation the lights began to fall. Initially it was no nig deal a light here and there, but little by little the lights keep falling. By now we have probably re-attached all 150 feet with the spare adhesive provided and some of the lights still fall. This is not acceptable and will be requesting a refund .

They look great, but many lights started pulling away from the house within 24 hours.
Maybe using slime kind of external glue will make them hold better
