wanted to love them, tape is cheap brackets useless

Wanted to love these, I had some in my old home for over 3 years and they were only on with tape, to take them out the first one almost took the wall with it, so the new owners got permenanent lights for free... these new ones, less than 2 days later, they are coming off, some the tape came out of the wall some the tape came out of the light... the brackets are useless!!! they do not really hold the light tight so the tape fails, the light falls and no longer aligned. I really wanted to love these, but they are a PIA. No wonder all the other closes have build in screw mounts, they knew... now I am stuck with 3 sets of 100 lights it will take me another few hundred $$ to get good 3rd party brackets... if only they did not go cheap, so many adhesive tapes that are great, they used the cheapest possible!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works great with Home Assistant

Works great when reading the BLE messages into Home Assistant.I have a number of these around the house/rooms, and read each into Home Assistant to keep track of the temps of each room.Really helps when figuring out which vents should be opened a bit more, and which vents should be closed a little bit more.Plus, it looks pretty good. Not obnoxious looking, or sticks out like a sore thumb.PS: C'mon GoVee, fix the "CLEAN" button, when it should be "CLEAR".I get this was an issue with translation, but seriously, it has been this way for a year. Fixing that bug should be simple!

Purchase four boxes, and only two of the boxes will actually change with the settings. It's too bad I had already paid someone to install them before figuring this out.

Great lights, app is challenging and somewhat over complicated

The lights are nice and bright, the brackets for each light is peace of mind if the adhesive ever fails. The app needs some work though. It could be a lot more user friendly with some things simplified (like on at dusk and off at dawn with a simple check box for example)
